Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-65 years. Patients with good oral hygiene. Probing pocket depth of greater than or equal to 5mm. Intrabony defect depth of greater than or equal to 2mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Chronic smokers. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic disorders. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study. Pregnant and lactating mothers.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of intra bony defect fill, bone height and bone width with CBCT analysis.Timepoint: Before the procedure, three months and six months after the procedure.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of probing pocket depth and clinical attachment levels.Timepoint: Before the procedure, three months and six months after the procedure.
