Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: systemically healthy patients single/multiple edentulous area with horizontal alveolar ridge dimensions of 3-6 mm at least 3 months of healing post extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have acute or chronic infections patients having any adverse habits like smoking, alcohol consumption pregnant or lactating women uncontrolled systemic disease allergy or hypersensitivity to any products used non-compliant patients
