Interventions

Intervention1: NMES with balance training: Patients in this group will receive NMES with balance training for 3 days in a week for 6 weeks. Control Intervention1: Control Group: Patients in this group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 to 25 years Grade I and II ankle sprain with no evidence of fracture Subacute ankle sprain within 3-6 months Both Males and Females Players who are willing to participate Players with VAS less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with history of any recent injury or surgery on ankle Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diseases or disorders Players with any disorder known to affect balance Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption Uncooperative players or players unwilling to participate
