Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with histopathologically proven clear cell RCC with metastases Atleast one metastatic lesions showing PSMA uptake more than physiological uptake on PSMA imaging Prior treatment with upto two TKI or immunotherapy agent monotherapy or in combination ECOG score less than or equal to 2 and KPS more than or equal to 60 and sufficient organ function reserve Willing to give informed consent to participate in the study and capable of adhering to the specified imaging schedule for dosimetry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to give written informed consent Presence of secondary malignancy Life expectancy of less than three months Ongoing TKI or immunotherapy regimen Liver dysfunction (ALT/AST more than or equal to 2.0 times the ULN (or more than or equal to 5.0 times the ULN in the presence of liver metastases) Kidney dysfunction (eGFR less than 30 ml per min per 1.73 square metre BSA or serum creatinine more than 2 times upper limit of normal)
