Intervention1: CeraBur: Ceramic bur utilized in slow speed handpiece under water coolant will be used for caries excavation and pain perception will be assessed.
Control Intervention1: SB1 Tip: SB1 ul

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants between 4-9 years of age will be included. 2. Participants who have occlusal carious lesions in atleast two primary molars and located contralaterally either in maxilla or mandible. 3. The teeth will be selected based on Mount and Hume classification number 1.2. 4. Participants whose parents will give written consent for the study. 5. Participants with Frankel s behaviour rating scale 3 and 4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Molars with one or more of the following clinical or radiological signs and symptoms: pulpal, periodontal, and soft tissue pathology in relation to involved teeth. 2. Non vital teeth. 3. Children with systemic disease and congenital abnormality.
