Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed or newly detected subjects of increased PSA and low Testosterone. Male subjects aged between 21 and 55 years. CASA (Computer Assisted Semen Analysis) Semen analysis showing decreased motility. Subjects who will sign for informed consent form. Subjects fit for Virechana karma, Niruhabasti and Uttara basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immuno compramised patients. Patients who have systemic emergency manifestation.
