Interventions

Intervention1: Transversus abdominis plane block: Transversus Abdominis plane block using 0.375 % Ropivacaine along with 4mg Dexamethasone 20 ml given postoperatively. Intervention2: Quadratus Lumboru

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral inguinal hernia surgery under subarachnoid block Age between 18 to 65 years ASA grade I,II,III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, History of drug allergy to local anesthetics, ASA grade IV, V, CKD patients, Contraindications to regional anesthesia (bleeding diathesis, Infection at needle insertion) , Patients with partial or failed spinal anesthesia
