Inclusion criteria: Patient who had delivery with episiotomy. Patient who willing to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having post-partum complications. Suffering from Diabetes mellitus, HIV positive, HBsAg positive Immuno-compromised Patients

MeasureTime frame
To study the literature regarding Episiotomy. To study properties of Avanti and Gel. To study efficacy of Avanti Patra based gel Vs Povidone Iodine ointment.Timepoint: 18 Months
