Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young athletes 18 to 25 yrs, able to commit to a one month treatment protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncertain clinical diagnosis, those not adhering to the treatment protocol, age group more than 25 and less than 18, chronic back pain and/or sciatica
