Intervention1: Chandraprakasa mathirai: 42 g of Powdered Piper nigrum, 42 g of purified borax, 8.4 g of purified and powdered Aconitum ferox will be added to stone mortor and pestle.Required quantity

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients not fulfilling the ACR criteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis 1987 and 2010 ( less than 6 points)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Rheumatoid arthritis greater than 6 points Known case of Rheumatoid fever Known case of Gout Known case of Psoriatic arthritis Known case of Malignancy Pregnancy and lactating mothers

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Relative pain reduction of greater than or equal to 50 percent and absolute pain reduction of greater than or equal to 2.5 cm on the Visual Analogue scale.Timepoint: 48 days

A DAS 28 score reduction by 0.6.Timepoint: 48 days
