Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who have given birth up to six months ago. Between the ages of 18 and 45. Proficiency in English or Kannada.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who are under psychological or psychiatric treatment. Women who have given birth to stillborn babies. Mothers who experienced severe postpartum health or obstetric issues.
