Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed as Gridhrasi with said diagnostic criteria for more than 1 week. Patient between age group 18-60 years of age. Patients of either gender and willing for trial. Irrespective of socioeconomic condition of patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy and lactating women 2) Patient with severe systemic disorders like severe cardiac disease, severe renal disease, severe diabetic and other severe conditions 3) Patient not willing to give written informed Consent. 4) If patient having traumatic injury 5) Patients with lumbar canal stenosis or other condition required immediate surgical intervention 6) Patient having Any malignancy 7) Patient taking steroids,NSAIDS upto last 3 days 8) Patients taking Traction
