Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the age group of 6-18 years both male and female and whose parent have given written informed assent. 2.Individuals with post operated congenital heart disease including ASD, VSD and PDA 3.Patient must have stable clinical condition with stable heart rhythm and hemodynamic stable at the time of discharge 4.Access to mobile technology like WhatsApp video call

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with neurological abnormalities like down syndrome 2.Impaired cognitive functioning: unable to follow instruction 3.recent lower limb fractures. 4.Thoracic or rib cage deformity 5. Individuals having significant communication or social difficulties 6. unstable angina 7. Behavioral problems that would inhibit the child s ability to focus on instruction
