Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age 20-60 year 2. Absence of restoration/ prosthesis adjacent to the edentulous site 3. Healthy extraction socket greater than or equal to 3 months. 4. Good oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases 2. Chronic smokers 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Patients with melatonin allergy.
