Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Regular menstrual cycles (cycles of 21-35 days with a bleeding time of 3 10 days) 2.Having a PSST score within 38. 3.Having PMS for more than two cycles 4.BMI less than 25 Kg/m2 5.Visual Analogue Scale equal to or greater than 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Continuous use of analgesics or alternative therapies such as hot massages 3.Women under hormonal treatment 4.Women with endocrinological diseases 5.High blood pressure 6.Blood fat, kidney or liver diseases 7.Bone diseases such as osteomalacia 8.Digestive disorders 9.Rheumatoid disease 10.Diabetes type 1 or 2 11.Polycystic ovaries 12.Hyperparathyroidism and use of corticosteroids (like prednisone, anabolic steroids, anticonvulsants, cimetidine and propranolol). 13.Those taking sleep medication. 14.Malignant tumour 15.Skin allergies
