Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: willing to participate Albumin/creatinine ratio - 20 mg/mmol or 30-300 mg/g able to perform the techniques of the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with serious co-morbid conditions (e.g. uncontrolled hypertension, heart failure, angina, morbid obesity) serious psychiatric disorder orthopedic problem pregnant females Individuals who are engaged in yoga practice in the past month
