Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type of LSCS:- Emergency and Elective Individuals with any mode of conception Primigravida or Multigravida Individuals with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non co-operative patients History of chronic low back pain unrelated to pregnancy Vaginal delivery Individuals with sleep disorders Individuals on sleep medications (Hypnotics) Cognitive Impairment
