This study will test how well a traditional Ayurvedic oil treatment called Mahanarayana Taila Seka and a special ankle bandage known as Swastika Bandhana work together to treat ankle sprains, helping to reduce pain and swelling, support the ankle, and improve movement during healing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Grade I and Grade II clinical features of Ankle Sprain. Subject presenting clinical features of Gulpha Marmaghata/Ankle sprain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with fracture, dislocation, and open wound of Ankle joint. Patients with H/O ligament bony reconstructive surgery to ankle and foot. Grade III ankle sprain
