Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of ASA-1 and 2 undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to participate in the study 2. Infection at the block site. 3. Neurological deficit in lower limbs. 4. Altered coagulation status 5. Patients with heart blocks 6. Patients taking analgesics for other reasons
