Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness and ability to participate in the study; 2. Individuals with the ability to understand and follow instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Any acute or chronic medical condition that may affect muscle flexibility; 3. No history of musculoskeletal injuries or neurological disorders in the lower extremities; 4. No current musculoskeletal pain or discomfort in the lower back or lower extremities; 5. Recent surgery or injury to the lower extremities; 6. Use of medications that may affect muscle function or flexibility; 7. Regular participation in high-intensity physical activity or sports that may significantly impact muscle flexibility; 8. Any condition that may limit the ability to perform the lunge test.
