Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants include healthcare workers currently working in emergency and critical care settings (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals), who are adults aged more than 18 years and have trained in basic life support (American Heart Association Basic Life Support or institutionally accredited BLS course). Participants must indicate their willingness to join in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who regularly practice yoga (at least once per week) and pregnant participants will be excluded. Participants who attend less than 80% of the Pranayama and Dhyana sessions will be excluded from analysis.
