Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men of age 50 to 75 years diagnosed with BPH on alpha blocker and mild to moderate IPSS score, willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Men with LUTS due to other neurological or psychiatric disorders, urethral stricture, urinary retention due to BPH, recurrent UTI, prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy, history of surgery for BPH, arthritis, pulmonary dysfunction, renal disease, known cardiac patients, those who regularly practice yoga or exercise will be excluded.
