Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects of either gender in between the age group of 18-70 years. subjects presenting with lakshanas of gridhrasi subjects presenting with clinical features of sciatica subjects fit for swedana karma subjects fit for basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with the history of any major systemic illness that may interfere with course of treatment subjects presenting with the history of infective and neoplastic conditions of spine
