Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Angle s class I and class II div I malocclusion with non-extraction treatment plan.Permanent dentition with complete root formation, excluding third molar.Absence of any impacted teeth in maxillary anterior region.Deep bite cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of previous orthodontic treatment.Angle s class II Division II cases.Angle s class III malocclusion cases.Presence of root resorption in the anterior segment.Completely blocked-out mandibular incisor, in which engagement of the first arch wire was not possible.Poor gingival and periodontal health.Patients with any systemic, bone or metabolic disorders.
