Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College level volleyball players Without Musculo-skeletal, metabolic cardiovascular/respiratory Athletes with a minimum playing experience of 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent surgery or injury affecting the legs, hips, or lower back Neurological conditions (e.g., concussion, stroke) Balance or vestibular disorders. Athletes who have had any fractures in the last six months. Players not practicing volleyball. History of drug abuse and alcohol consumption were also excluded.
