Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are diagnosed with sleep disturbances due to mobile phone addiction in the fiels area of urban health and training centre apollo institute of medical sciences and research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals who have psychological disorders or cognitive impairement or who is already on treatment for insomnia
