Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees Shoulder angle less than 52 degrees Occiput wall distance equal to or less than 6.5 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with recent cervical injury (past 6 months) Any preexisting neurological conditions Involved in any fitness programe
