Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.MBBS Students studying in a medical college Willing to volunteer. 2.Volunteers partaking in physical activity in the form of any sports, running, jogging, weight training for an hour for at least 4 days a week will be considered as physically active. 3.Volunteers, who do not partake in any physical activity in the form of any sports, running, jogging, weight training will be considered as sedentary. 4.Willing to practice Bhramari Pranayama

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to volunteer 2. Individuals suffering from fever, cough, vomiting, or other illness affecting their daily routine. 3. Individuals with a history of daily alcohol intake, tobacco chewing, and smoking. 4. Individuals on any medications like anti-depressants, antipsychotics, and psychotropic drugs 5. Individuals with sleep disturbances and disorders
