Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals ambulating independently with or without walking aids Individuals with corrected vision Individuals with or without comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score Any neurological conditions that affect balance like stroke, head injury, vestibular disorders; etc Individuals who took participation in any balance training programs in the previous 3 months Subjects that are unable to perform exercise due to conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, severe osteoporosis; etc
