Inclusion criteria: All adults above the age of 18 years and using tobacco and/ or alcohol will be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any acute or chronic health condition that may limit the ability of the potential participant to participate in the study.

| 1. Increased awareness among participants and their family members about the hazards of smoking, smokeless tobacco, and alcohol. 2. Identification and documentation of oral cancer risk factors among enrolled participants. 3. Estimated prevalence of oral pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions in the target population. 4. Provision of first-round Tobacco Cessation Counselling (TCC) to at least 25,000 participants during community camps. 5. Delivery of follow-up TCC via phone at three-month intervals (four sessions) to all identified tobacco users. 6.
