Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ptients with prolong menstrual bleeding for more than 5 days and patients with heavy menstrual bleeding-maximum soakage of more than 2 pads in 24 hrs are included in this trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with fibroids,polyp,malignancy,hypertension,intrauterine devices,coagulation disrorders and haemoglobin less than 7 gm% are excluded
