Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 15 to 60 years of either sex presenting with clinical features of all type of Ashmari. Patient willing to sign consent form Ultrasonological evidences of calculus size of less than15mm Site of the calculus Renal pelvis calyces ureteropelvic junction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 15 and above 60 years Patients suffering from obstructive uropathy ie BPH Pregnant women and lactating mothers Chronic systemic illness like Tuberculosis Carcinoma Endocrine disorders Diabetes mellitus and Cardiac disorders Case of immediate surgical intervention. Patients with acute renal colic Renal failure Severe hematuria Stone sizes more than 15 mm HIV positive VDRL positive Hepatitis B positive
