Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to walk independently, with or without any walking aids. Individuals of all genders are eligible. Individuals with corrected vision (e.g. using glasses or contact lenses) Individuals with or without comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal impairment affecting gait, standing, or independent walking. Any neurological conditions affecting balance (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease, head injury, vestibular disorders) Lower limb amputation affecting balance and mobility. Severe cognitive impairment (MOCA score less than 16)
