Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from hypothyroidism classified as ICD 10 Code E03.9 with 75% of symptoms at least, will be selected for study. 2. Patient from various socio-economic data 3. Patient with recent diagnosis of Hypothyroidism with no prior medication for Hypothyroidism 4. Patient complying with regular follow ups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from any life-threatening illness. 2. Patient not willing to participate in study. 3. All the cases that did not fulfill the case definition. 4. Patient without written consent. 5. Patient with recent diagnosis of Hypothyroidism but not on medication for Hypothyroidism
