Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject, aged between 19-25 years old, can be either male or female, and must be a final year or postgraduate student engaged in practical work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students diagnosed with musculoskeletal trauma, neurological problems, post-neck surgery, or cervical spondylitis, as well as students pursuing degrees in management and tourism, including those in their first or second year, are included. Additionally, the chef is currently employed in a restaurant setting.
