Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Able to read & write in Tamil Mild cognitive impairment with MOCA score 18 to24 Having risk of fall, according to POMA T, scored less than 24. Willingness to participate training protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neuro degenerative disorders History of CVA History of vestibular disease and recent ear infection Musculoskeletal deformities in lower limb Uncorrected visual deficits
