Intervention1: Oral bicalutamide with topical minoxidil: Oral bicalutamide at a dose of 25 mg/day is combined with topical 5% minoxidil once a day application for a period of 3 months

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females diagnosed with Ludwig stage II/ III FPHL through clinical evaluation and by trichoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are pregnant or lactating. Patients who have been on any form of topical or oral anti-androgen therapy in the three months prior to screening. Patients with pre-existing liver disease.
