Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18yrs-60yrs. ASA I and II patients. Patients with MPG- I & II. Surgeries lasting approximately 120-180 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal. Patients allergy to study drug. Patients of uncontrolled hypertension and tachycardia
