Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed and confirmed cases of karshya ( under weight )as per case report form and on the basis of sign and symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Childrens below age 5 years and above 10 years . 2) Known case of systemic disorder like tuberculosis ,HIV ,Hepatitis , Carcinoma. 3) Known case of any endocranial disorder like hyperthyroidism,food allergy 4) Inborn error of metabolism(IEM)
