Intervention1: Administration of Epidural bupivacaine and dexmedetomidine: In group D epidural dexmedetomidine plus bupivacaine 8ml 0.25 percent bupivacaine and 1mcg/kg dexmedetomidine diluted to 2ml

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with coronary artery lesions posted for elective off pump CABG 2 ASA status I II III with sinus rhythm without any signs of heart failure 3 Serum concentration of cTnI within the normal range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient refusal to participate 2 Coagulopathy 3 Preoperative history of arrhythmias 4 EF less than 40 percent 5 Bradycardia 6 Preoperative systolic pressure less than 90 mmHg 7 Emergency surgery
