Inclusion criteria: Amateur Boxers Male between 16-24 years age Parents consent form for 16-18 years age group participants Participants who are willing to participate. Participants fulfilling PAR Q+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of systemic illness. Any recent surgical and medical history. Any type of acute injuries
