Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as OA of the knee fulfilling American College of Rheumatology criteria of clinical and radiographic Knee pain for most days of the prior month Osteophytes at joint margins Kellgren Lawrence Radiographic Grading Scale of Osteoarthritis of the Tibiofemoral Joint Grade 1and 2 Patients who had given their written informed consent and agreed to follow the protocol voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 30 years and above 65 Kellgren Lawrence Radiographic Grading Scale Osteoarthritis of the Tibiofemoral Joint Grade 3 and 4 Patience with comorbidities such as Gouty arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis Patient administered with intra articular injection in the affected joints or systemic medication with corticosteroids during preceding 6 months A history of any systemic and metabolic disorders Unstable bed ridden and mentally retarded patients Pregnant and lactating women Previous history of knee trauma, fracture or surgery Patients who are not willing for consent
