Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obese patients (BMI of 30 or higher) of either sex between the ages of more than or equal to eighteen years to less than or equal to sixty years belonging to ASA class I, II, or III scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Distorted neck, face anatomy BMI less than 30 kg/m 2 emergency surgeries pregnant patients Patients scheduled to have awake intubation Patients with congenital anomalies of head and neck (example-retrognathia, macroglossia).
