Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade 1 and 2, Age 18-35 years, BMI less than 30, Mallampati grading 1 and 2, Patients undergoing elective surgeries requiring General Anaesthesia with Endotracheal Intubation.

To compare the hemodynamic effects of Nebulised Dexmedetomidine and Nebulised Magnesium Sulphate on the patient during Laryngoscopy and Intubation.Timepoint: Before nebulisation, After nebulisation. 2, 5, and 10 minutes following Intubation

MeasureTime frame
To observe any side effects and complications related to the drugs.Timepoint: Intraoperative, Up to 24 hours Post-operatively.
