Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing endotracheal intubation in the emergency department who are at risk of peri intubation cardiovascular collapse as defined by: Any patient with a shock index > 1.0 Any patient with a SBP 3. Any patient already on a continuous vasopressor infusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age Pregnant patients HR > 140 bpm Patients in cardiac arrest SBP > 120 ( for patients on a CVI)

Timepoint: 0 to 7 days minutes with time 0 being the time of administration of inducing agents during intubation;To assess the safety profile of push dose epinephrine - extreme tachycardia, severe hypertension, dysrhythmia & medication errors. Timepoint: 0 to 30 minutes post intubation;To compare the incidence of other peri intubation complications - severe hypoxia & cardiac arrest or death in the immediate post intubation period.
