Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Have primary AC lasting more than one month 2 Pain score more than 3 in Visual analog Scale of 10 3 Willingness to participate in this study and provide written conformed consents. 4 No fracture, dislocation, or arthritis in the shoulder region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants with habit of smoking or any other addiction 2 Pregnant and breast feeding women 3 Cervical radiculopathy or other neurological deficits in the involved upper limb. 4 Scheduled for shoulder surgery Significant shoulder trauma
