Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Geriatric population ( above 60 ) Male and female both . Geriatric population who are suffered with chronic disease . Patient ambulated independently with minimal support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with palliative care Patient who are not ambulated independently Patient with hearing and visual disabilities
