Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment Status Participants Must Be Currently Enrolled As Student At SRM College Of Physiotherapy Body Weight Categories Participants Should Fall Under One of the following Asian BMI Categories Normal Weight (BMI Between 18.5 And 24.9) Overweight (BMI Between 25 And 29.9) Obese (BMI Of 30 or Greater) Those Who Are Physically Capable Of Participating In Exercise Interventions are Included Using By Par-Q Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with serious medical conditions that may affect the ability to perform physical activity or interfere with the testing Pregnant Women Participants with any severe mental health conditions (e.g., severe depression, anxiety, or cognitive impairments) that may prevent participation in physical activities or affect decision-making Smokers Any other cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions
