Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: infra-umbilical surgeries under general anaesthesia with LMA with caudal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: surgeries requiring intubation, surgical duration more than 2 hours, difficult airway, history of motion sickness and GERD, gastrointestinal surgeries.
