Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The cases included in the study were either pre-diagnosed or diagnosed based on clinical presentation. 2.samples were collected from patients age between 18 to 60 years, encompassing individuals from all socio economic status. 3.Those individuals who provide their consent will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cases with advanced pathological condition like meningitis, osteomyelitis, orbital cellulitis etc. 2. pregnant and lactating women.
